A good ranged character that can hold his own, Julius is excellent as a harasser and can hold his own. He still requires a bit more precision than Queen Elizabeth I, but his increased range gives him an edge over Napoleon Bonaparte.
His secondary skill is perfect for getting out of tight spots and reaching ranged enemies and bosses.
