Mad Mulligan's Beloved is the first level of the Hobo Colony stage. Completing it unlocks Blackbeard.

- Behind the first door you open with a detonator.
- At the crossroads after the spear trap is introduced, go right (down). The scroll is in the chest.
- After fighting the Burglar and the Goo Monsters, take the passage to the left (top). It's in the chest.
- After fighting the Burglar, you pass through a passage and come to another crossroads, near a bridge with flamethrowers. The scroll is down the left lane.
- After the Roach Cavalry is introduced, detonate the pile of rocks north (top of the screen) and follow the path to the final screen.
Find and kill the Karate Klutz that snuck in from the mall[ | ]
Reward: XP After fighting the Burglar and the Goo Monsters, go down the passage on the right. There's a chest near the trampoline. Opening it spawns the Klutz.
Complete the level in six minutes or less[ | ]

- Down the doors leading away from the first corridor, near the chest.w
- After you kill the Crazy Cat Lady, go left, then left down the stairs. The scroll is near the detonator.
- After detonating the rubble with the aforementioned detonator, the second scroll is in one of the chests. Mind the roaches.
- Going down the steps, after the fire trap. Can't miss it.
- After finding Mulligan's Beloved, you enter a small shantytown. Before activating the gate, look in the small mezzanine to the right, the scroll is near the chest.
Complete the entire level without any characters dying[ | ]

Kill or Capture the Crazy Cat Lady[ | ]
- Reward: XP (kill) or Daguerre's Unstable Camera (capture)
A straightforward challenge. The real challenge lies in capturing her, which can be safely passed over in favor of simply slaying the zombie. Unless you want to unlock a relic, of course. In this case, you need to bring her health down to 50%, wait until the key zombie appears (he emerges when the challenge appears on the screen), navigate her so that she is within the cage's foundation (the metal bars on the floor), then throw the switch. Whew.
